FREIGHT CENTERS All Connections 2050 Long-Range Plan elements are available online at www.dvrpc.org/plan. Greater Philadelphia has 67 identified “Freight Centers,” which are major focal points and trip generators. The Freight Centers are a testament to the broad range of manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, quarry, and utility activity that occurs locally.
