ENACTdb implements a systematic framework to uniquely annotate exons across gene architectures—tracking splice-site and coding-status variations—and maps predicted protein features (secondary structure, disorder, Pfam domains) onto these exon attributes. The web server provides exon-centric visualization of isoforms across five model organisms to facilitate analyses of proteome diversity mediated by alternative splicing.
