"This dataset contains 1,183 quantum processing unit (QPU) execution results for three quantum algorithms: Grover's search (203 jobs, 2\u20138 qubits), the Quantum Fourier Transform (184 jobs, 2\u201310 qubits), and a variation of the quantum teleportation protocol (796 jobs, 1\u20135 payload qubits). The experiments were executed on QPUs from two quantum service providers: IBM Quantum (ibm_fez, ibm_torino, ibm_marrakesh, ibm_sherbrooke, ibm_brisbane, ibm_kyiv) and Rigetti via Amazon Web Services (Ankaa-3).Each record includes the raw measurement histogram, the expected quantum states, backend metadata (device name, execution type, optimization level), circuit parameters (qubit count, circuit depth, transpiled depth, total gates, shots), and seven pre-computed fidelity metrics: four Differential Success Rate (DSR) variants (Michelson, ratio, log-ratio, normalized margin), Hellinger fidelity, Hellinger distance, and total variation distance (TVD) fidelity. The Grover and QFT configurations span scalability studies, varying marked-state counts, Hamming-weight patterns, and symmetry conditions, with IBM results reported at four transpilation optimization levels (0\u20133).The dataset supports the empirical evaluation presented in the companion paper \"Differential Success Rate (DSR): A Distribution-Aware Metric for Validating Quantum Algorithm Outputs.\" It can be used to benchmark quantum fidelity metrics, study the degradation of algorithm performance as a function of circuit scale and hardware noise, and compare metric behavior across quantum service providers."
