Global gene expression profiles in brains of WT mice treated with vehicle, CGG KI mice treated with vehicle, and CGG KI mice treated with 5-ALA

This RNA-seq study was performed to check the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) for Fragile X-associated tremor/ataxia syndrome (FXTAS) using a mouse model. Total reads for RNA trnascripts for brains of WT mice treated with vehicle, CGG KI mice treated with vehicle, and CGG KI mice treated with 5-ALA were provided as fastq files.
