Data from: Clinical risk stratification and modifiable risk factors for hepatitis B virus-related follicular lymphoma

Regarding the supporting data from a retrospective clinical investigation in multiple clinical centers of China. , we explored the clinical characteristics associated with HBV infection and illustrated their prognostic roles. We firstly integrated HBV-related risk factors into risk stratification system based on the FLIPI scoring. We found that modifiable DNA methylation especially in genes which regulated immune response were associated with the early relapse of disease.
