more). Hydroelectric plants are designated as a renewable energy source if their
nameplate capacity is 30 MW or less. Renewables include biomass, geothermal,
solar thermal, solar photovoltaic, small hydroelectric, and wind. Counties
without symbols has not utility-scale plants. Data is from 2021 and is current
