H3K4me3 profiling of OSCC secondary (2ary) recipient primary tumors (PTs) following in vivo exposure to control (CTRL) or palm oil-enriched (PALM) diet in primary recipient mice H3K4me3 ChIPs of Control Diet and Palm Diet VDH-15 OSCC tumors (tumors obtained from secondary transplant mice; primary recipient mice were fed for 10 days with either Control/Palm oil-enriched diet) were performed in biological triplicates and technical duplicates (control pLKO.1 cells). The aim of this data set was to determine whether H3K4me3 displayed different ChIP profiles upon exposure to a Palm oil-enriched Diet when compared to the Control Diet; therefore allowing to assess genome wide the H3K4me3 profiles from in vivo OSCC tumors as well as compare them to the previously obtained H3K4me3 ChIP profiles from an in vitro setting (palmitic acid (PA) stimulated cells in culture).
