Regulatory interaction between the ZPBP2-ORMDL3/Zpbp2-Ormdl3 region and the circadian clock (RNA-seq at ZT7)

Purpose: Identifying the biological pathways affected by the deletion of the zona pellucida binding protein 2 in mouse lungs at different time points Method: RNA profiles of wild type C57BL6/J mice and Zpbp2 homozygous knock-out lungs were generated using next generation sequencing Illumina HiSeq2000 SR50 Lung RNA profiles of adult wild type and Zpbp2-/- mice at ZT7研究目的：明确不同时间点下，小鼠肺部透明带结合蛋白2（zona pellucida binding protein 2）缺失所影响的生物学通路。实验方法：采用下一代测序技术（next generation sequencing），通过Illumina HiSeq2000 SR50测序平台对野生型C57BL6/J小鼠及Zpbp2纯合敲除小鼠的肺部组织生成RNA表达谱；样本取自昼夜节律时间点7（zeitgeber time 7, ZT7）的成年野生型与Zpbp2-/-小鼠肺部。
