In this study, we assembled the chromosome-scale genome sequence of Larimichthys polyactis utilizing a combination of PacBio HiFi and Hi-C technology. This assembly comprises 24 pseudo-chromosomes, yielding a genome size of 677,353,566 bp with a scaffold N50 length of 28,510,860 bp, indicative of a highly contiguous assembly. This folder contains files related to genome annotation.
