Comparative temporal transcriptome analysis of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens

According to the growth and autolysis nodes of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, 6h, 10h, 12h and 30h of culture were selected for comparative transcriptome analysis at different time points to determine the transcription levels of different genes and their differential genes at different time points of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
