Three files are included here:i) Lerista-munuwajarlu-ND4.fasta – DNA sequence alignment for the mtDNA ND4 locus and flanking tRNA region.ii) Lerista-munuwajarlu-ND4-partitions.txt – Partition file for the above ND4 alignment, with sites partitioned by codon position for the ND4 protein coding region, and with the flanking tRNA region as a separate partition.iii) morphological_data.csv – raw morphological data for Lerista munuwajarlu and select specimens of L. carpentariae and L. griffini.
