Dataset for Large-scale Tests of Tilt-Up Partially Composite Insulated Wall Panels

A total of 23 large scale and 30 double shear tests of Traditional Tilt-up and Concrete Insulated Wall Panels (CIPs) are summarized and the reduced data are provided. The tests were completed at University of Nebraska-Lincoln funded by a combination of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) and private manufacture companies with goal to understand the flexural behavior of the CIPs with varies types of shear connectors. The double shear tests were carried out to investigate the shear behavior of the connectors while the large-scale tests focused on the behavior of CIPs under combined lateral and axial loadings. The dataset includes specimen descriptions and output of each test. The collected dataset is beneficial for structural engineers, building code committees, and scientific researchers, as well as in numerical modeling as no such dataset for insulated walls exists and limited data exists for traditional tilt-up walls.
