In scenarios A.i annual energy demand (Eref) is supplied by a mix of VRE and power from the grid. In scenarios B.i there is no connection to electrical network (Pgrid = 0), and only renewable production is allowed to vary. For both A.1 and B.1, renewable power production can be stored, while it is prohibited in A.2 and B.2.
