Metabolomic datasets and association outputs. Datasets labeled metabolitetype_diet associations indicate linear model outputs between diet and metabolomics. Datasets with REVERSAL in the name contain associations between microbes and diet after a mouse had been reverted to a control diet. The xlsx file contains matrices with LASSO regression output from models of the form microbe_n ~ all_metabolites. Datasets with pairwise in the name are pairwise microbe-metabolite associations -- these are an alternate to the LASSO output where statistical inference and adjustment for multiple hypothesis testing is present for each association.
