Foxp1 was strongly expressed in developing lens, and its knockout in lens resulted in failure of appropriate lens development. By microarray analysis, we examined effects of loss-of Foxp1 for gene expression pattern of lens at P0 developmental stage. By using Foxp1 lens specific knockout mice and litter mates at P0, total RNA was purified from lens and subjected to microarray analysis
叉头框蛋白P1(Foxp1)在发育中的晶状体中呈高表达,其在晶状体中的特异性敲除会导致晶状体正常发育受阻。本研究通过微阵列分析(microarray analysis),考察了出生后第0天(P0)时Foxp1功能缺失对晶状体基因表达谱的影响。实验采用出生后第0天的Foxp1晶状体特异性敲除小鼠及其同窝对照小鼠,从晶状体组织中纯化总RNA(total RNA)并进行微阵列分析。
