Number of adult fiction book titles published in Sweden 2013-2018

In 2018, more than 3,300 adult fiction book titles were published in Sweden. This was an increase of roughly 200 titles compared to the previous year. Domestic books were the most published fiction titles in the past years and amounted to 2,190 in 2018. In the same year, about 1,100 book titles, that are translated into Swedish, were released in the country. The most popular publishing format was hardback.
