资源简介:
This thesis investigated how young people’s emotions and stress changed in everyday life and how these patterns influenced mental health. Using daily surveys, it tracked real-time experiences of stress and emotion in adolescents and young adults. The research examined how strong emotions were felt, how long they tended to stick, and how much they changed over time. It found that emotions and stress are associated with each other, and that the strength of emotions predicted later mental health. These findings contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of emotional difficulties and provide novel targets for prevention and treatment strategies.
