Effect of MDK expressing Cervical Cancer cells(MS751) conditioned media in Human LEC

Gene expression analysis in HLECs treated with gain of function of MDK in human Cervical Cancer cells(MS751) . Biological triplicates of hLEC treated for 24h with conditioned media of Cervical Cancer cells. Cell line MS751 cell line overexpressing MDK (MDK) or an empty vector (NC) were used to produce the conditioned media.
