(1) Insulator: chicken β-globin insulator (2×); 5′promoter: goat β-casein promoter; E1, E2, E7, E8, and E9: β-casein exon; IVS1, IVS7, and IVS8: β-casein intron; 3′ fragment: β-casein 3′ genomic fragment.
