Illustrating aging effects on the epigenomic features of brain is critical to understand brain functional decline and neurodegeneration. Single nucleus methylation sequencing was applied to brain regions of mouse at the age of 2, 9 and 18 months. We use these data to identify the epigenomic changes with aging in mouse brains.
