Reseveratrol and Rosiglitazone regulation of red tibialis anterior (red TA) gene expression in ZDF rats

The goal of this work was to examine if reserveratrol or rosiglitazone treatment could improve the metabolic status of obese male ZDF rats after 6 weeks. Gene expression was analyzed in several key metabolic tissues, including liver, various white adipose tissue depots, red tibalus muscle, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells.本研究旨在探究经6周给药干预后，白藜芦醇（reserveratrol，疑似为resveratrol的笔误）或罗格列酮（rosiglitazone）治疗能否改善肥胖雄性ZDF大鼠（ZDF rats）的代谢状态。研究对肝脏、多种白色脂肪组织部位、红胫肌以及外周血单个核细胞（peripheral blood mononuclear cells）等关键代谢组织开展了基因表达分析。
