我国现有经济统计指标存在滞后性,不能实时反映经济形势变化。而电力大数据具有覆盖范围广、价值集中、数据质量高与共享便捷等特点,能较好运用于经济指标的“即时”预测研究。为此,国网青海省电力公司在现有数据和模型平台基础上,依托全省电力大数据资源,建成青海省重要经济指标即时预测分析平台,实现对青海省季度GDP、月度工业增加值、月度电解铝行业产量等重要指标的即时预测,有效支撑青海省清洁能源产业宏观政策制定。
The existing economic statistical indicators in China have time lags and cannot reflect changes in the economic landscape in real time. Power big data, however, boasts wide coverage, concentrated value, high data quality and convenient sharing, making it highly applicable to "real-time" forecasting research on economic indicators. To this end, State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company has established the Qinghai Provincial Important Economic Indicators Real-time Forecasting and Analysis Platform based on its existing data and model platforms and leveraging the province's comprehensive power big data resources. This platform enables real-time forecasting of key indicators including Qinghai's quarterly GDP, monthly industrial added value, and monthly output of the electrolytic aluminum industry, effectively supporting the formulation of macro policies for Qinghai's clean energy industry.
