This study aims to conduct comprehensive genome sequencing and analysis of Mycoplasma bovis, a significant pathogen responsible for respiratory diseases in cattle. Mycoplasma bovis poses a serious threat to the health of cattle populations and the livestock industry. We utilized the Illumina HiSeq platform for high-throughput sequencing of the Mycoplasma bovis genome and employed bioinformatics methods for assembly and annotation of the sequencing data. Through the analysis of genome structure and function, we aim to elucidate the pathogenic mechanisms of Mycoplasma bovis, identify genes associated with drug resistance, and uncover genes involved in interactions with the host. Our findings will provide essential insights and guidance for the prevention and control of Mycoplasma bovis infections, as well as theoretical support for the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
