资源简介:
Contains the code used in the paper and the results for each test case. Each Results_TESTCASE.zip archive contains the results from the testcase TESTCASE as .txt files. The files are space separated, the first column (1d) or first three columns (3d) are the space coordinates and the last column rho is the approximated density. The results are stored at equidistant time points, i.e., if there are three files per model (e.g., hfm2_0.txt, hfm2_1.txt, hfm2_2.txt), then the first file is the solution at time 0, the second file is at time t_end/2 and the last file at time t_end. The errors_MODEL.txt files contain the L1 and L∞ errors for the respective model with respect to the reference solution (named reference_*.txt). The reference solutions are Planesource and Pointsource test case: analytic solution, see Ganapol et al., Homogeneous infinite media time-dependent analytical benchmarks, Tech. Rep. LA-UR-01-1854. Los Alamos National Laboratory, 2001 Sourcebeam: Numerical solution of the full kinetic equation (5th order WENO finite difference scheme (see Chi-Wang Shu (2003) High-order Finite Difference and Finite Volume WENO Schemes and Discontinuous Galerkin Methods for CFD, International Journal of Computational Fluid Dynamics, 17:2, 107-118, DOI: 10.1080/1061856031000104851)) on a computational grid with 21000x14000 elements. Checkerboard and Shadow: Second-order Discrete Ordinate Solution (1202 Ordinates). The errors for the high-order moment models should be taken with a grain of salt in these test cases, the reference solutions might not be good enough to accurately calculate the error.
