The 16 genomes were sequenced on 8 Illumina HiSeq 2000 lanes. Double haploids (DHs, acc. X9748 and X9273) feature almost a double coverage compared with the other genomes; the total number of read pairs ranges from 95 Million to 207 Million. The percentage of uniquely aligning reads is evenly spread over each genome and ranges from 50 to 60% of the total.
