Migraine without vertigo symptoms (MOV), vestibular migraine (VM), and Meniere's disease (MD) are interconnected vestibular and headache disorders with overlapping symptoms, complicating diagnosis and treatment. This study aimed to elucidate their molecular underpinnings and explore potential shared pathophysiological mechanisms. Transcriptomic analysis was performed on peripheral blood samples from 23 female participants (6 MOV, 6 VM, 5 MD, and 6 healthy controls) using RNA sequencing.
