To define the IL-23R-dependent changes in intestinal regulatory T cells (Treg cells) that might contribute to the impact on Treg cell function and selective advantage Overall design: RNA-seq of flow cytometry sorted colonic Treg cells (live CD45+CD4+Foxp3+ from colon lamina propria) from Foxp3YFP-Cre (wt) and Il23rflflFoxp3YFP-Cre (ko) mice. Colonic Treg cells from multiple mice were pooled; each replicate (n=3 per group) is reflective of at least 5 mice.
