Proteomic Data for ILD Classification

In this prospective study, plasma samples were collected from a cohort of Taiwanese patients with fibrotic interstitial lung disease (ILD), including both idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and connective tissue disease–associated ILD (CTD-ILD). We utilized the Olink inflammation panel to perform proteomic profiling of these plasma samples, enabling the precise quantification of 92 inflammation-related proteins to characterize the proteomic differences between these two disease entities.
