Datasets supporting draft genomes of three closely related low light-adapted Prochlorococcus

The datasets provided here support the building of the P1344, P1361, and P1363 <i>Prochlorococcus</i> genomes. These three genomes represent closely related strains with identical ITS rRNA sequences but contain variation at other loci. They are draft genomes from enrichment cultures, available as whole genome assemblies at NCBI Genbank (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) under accession numbers GCA_012933605.1 (P1344), GCA_012933585.1 (P1361), and GCA_012933595.1 (P1363), and at JGI Integrated Microbial Genomes (https://img.jgi.doe.gov) with IMG genome IDs 2878082593 (P1344), 2878076891 (P1361), and 2878079704 (P1363).
