Datasets for: Geometry-defined redistribution and fixation axes unify regulatory and pathological regimes of protein–protein interactions
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains all data underlying the analyses presented in the manuscript: "Geometry-defined redistribution and fixation axes unify regulatory and pathological regimes of protein–protein interactions" The repository provides per-model CSV files and aggregated results used to quantify protein–protein interaction (PPI) geometry using ΔBSA and ΔIAI metrics. Data organization: - data/ Contains structural models (PDB/CIF) and primary per-model CSV files used for analysis. - results/ComparisonBundles/ Contains processed datasets for each comparison, including: - combined_long.csv: merged per-model dataset - numeric_summary.csv: summary statistics - files_used.csv: list of input files used - config/ Contains the comparison table defining dataset structure and analysis grouping. - README.txt Provides an overview of file structure and data usage. - bundle_summary.csv Provides a summary of all comparisons, including number of models and dataset completeness. Each comparison represents a defined biological or pathological condition, including: - physiological regulatory interactions (Rb–E2F) - viral hijacking interactions (Rb–E7 across HPV types) - stable signaling complexes (KRAS–RAF1) - RNA-modulated interactions (IDH systems) All data are provided in raw and processed forms to ensure reproducibility of the reported results. No additional processing beyond that described in the manuscript is required to reproduce the analyses.
