This dataset contains four structural files in PDB format related to antibody–antigen complexes described in the accompanying study (Antigen binding triggers long-range conformational changes in monoclonal antibodies - provisionally accepted). The systems involve the monoclonal antibodies adalimumab and avelumab in two glycosylation states (G0 and G0F), each complexed with its cognate antigen. Specifically, the dataset contains:
*adalimumab_g0_tnf*: this file contains the three-dimensional structure of the adalimumab–TNF-α complex, with adalimumab in the G0 glycoform.
*adalimumab_g0f_tnf.pdb*: this file contains the three-dimensional structure of the adalimumab–TNF-α complex, with adalimumab in the G0F glycoform.
*avelumab_g0_pdl1.pdb*: this file contains the three-dimensional structure of the avelumab–PD-L1 complex, with avelumab in the G0 glycoform.
*avelumab_g0f_pdl1.pdb*: this file contains the three-dimensional structure of the avelumab–PD-L1 complex, with avelumab in the G0F glycoform.
All files are provided in PDB (Protein Data Bank) format, a plain-text format widely used for representing three-dimensional biomolecular structures. Each PDB file includes atomic coordinates and connectivity information for the antibody, the associated N-glycans, and the bound antigen.
