This dataset provides quarterly results, by fiscal year, from a self-assessment tool utilized by CARE 7 staff after a client engagement. Due to the sensitive nature of the work and because clients are experiencing a crisis at the time of their interaction with CARE 7, a self-assessment was chosen over a client survey. This tool tracks the services offered, the resources provided, and basic needs items supplied. If CARE 7 engages a client more than once, a self-assessment will be completed for each interaction.
