Single-cell transcriptomic analysis of PB and BM NK cells from severe aplastic anemia patients

NK cells are believed to be involved in the immune pathogenesis of SAA. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the differences of NK cells in BM and PB between SAA patients and healthy volunteers. Overall design: NK cells from BM and PB of SAA patients and healthy volunteers were sorted by magnetic beads and analyzed by scRNA-seq.
