Polymer Composite Linings for Trenchless Renewal: Materials Durability, Operational Performance, Environmental Sustainability, and Application Quality Datasets Supporting a Multi-Criteria Framework for Resilient Infrastructure
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides experimental, field and life-cycle evidence on polymer composite lining systems used for trenchless renewal of urban infrastructure. The dataset supports research on polymer and composite durability, accelerated ageing, service-life assessment, cure and processing behaviour, quality assurance and acceptance testing, life-cycle assessment, and evidence-based decision-making for infrastructure rehabilitation. It can support data-driven and machine-learning studies of material performance and lining quality. The data are provided in machine-readable formats, accompanied by a data dictionary and provenance information linking the records to their original studies and related datasets. The dataset includes measurements of glass transition temperature, mechanical-property retention, thickness, and FTIR spectra of in-service linings recovered after up to ten years of operation; installation-quality evidence relating measured thickness variations and observed defects to potential application-related causes; gelation and cure behaviour; a life-cycle inventory and impact assessment; coupon-level hygrothermal ageing data, at 20–80 °C over exposure periods exceeding 10,000 hours; and specimen-level tensile and flexural properties after accelerated exposure.
