Dataset on Preparation, Structural Characterization of Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Polysaccharides and Their Regulatory Effect on the Activation of Mouse Splenic T Cells

Ginkgo biloba leaves were used as raw materials to prepare crude polysaccharides by hot water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The polysaccharides were separated and purified by DEAE-52 cellulose column and dextran gel G-100 column chromatography to obtain homogeneous polysaccharide components. Systematically characterize its physicochemical properties and structural characteristics, and investigate its regulatory effect on mouse splenic T cell activation. This dataset can provide data support for the preparation, structural characterization, and pharmacological activity of polysaccharides from Ginkgo biloba leaves.
