Long-format with one row per (date × jurisdiction × virus). The dataset replaces FluWatch+ as Canadas multi-virus respiratory surveillance feed. Note that some regions are PHAC rollups (Atlantic, Prairies) sitting alongside individual provinces. The dataset covers time from 2025-08-30 to 2026-04-18, with weekly cadence (observed median spacing: 7 days). Geography levels include national, subnational-state, and subnational-region, with 17 unique location IDs. Pathogens covered: influenza, influenza-a, influenza-b, sars-cov-2, rsv, hmpv, adenovirus, parainfluenza, rhinovirus-enterovirus, seasonal-coronavirus. Core columns: tests (specimens/week), detections (positives/week), percentpositive (share of specimens positive). Additional columns: condition_native (PHAC virus name) and location_name. Availability is open, access type is CSV, license is OGL-Canada-2.0.
