"Specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative" certification, supply chain spillover and disruptive technological innovation of enterprises

Disruptive technological innovation has become the core driving force of industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development. As the key mechanism of innovation cultivation, the spillover effect of the identification policy of SRDI "Little Giant" is of great significance to the technological transition of enterprises on the supply chain. Based on the dynamic subversive index of the improved patent citation network, this paper identifies subversive technological innovation, takes the identification policy of SRDI "Little Giant" as a quasi-natural experiment, and uses the multi-time point double difference method to explore the impact of the identification policy of SRDI "Little Giant" on the disruptive technological innovation of the focus enterprises in the supply chain. The study found that : ( 1 ) The identification policy of SRDI "Little Giant" can significantly promote the disruptive technological innovation of supply chain focus enterprises, and is mainly driven by SRDI "Little Giant" suppliers. ( 2 ) Mechanism analysis shows that SRDI "Little Giant" suppliers promote disruptive technological innovation of focus enterprises through resource spillover effect and organizational change effect ; government regulation and market mechanism can strengthen the spillover effect. ( 3 ) Heterogeneity analysis shows that the spillover effect is more obvious in the supply chain with close distance, high industry competition and small-scale enterprises. ( 4 ) Further analysis shows that SRDI "Little Giant" customers can only promote the innovation breadth of utility model patents of focus enterprises, while SRDI "Little Giant" suppliers can enhance the innovation breadth of their invention patents and utility model patents at the same time, which is more likely to produce the spillover effect of disruptive technological innovation. This study provides a new idea and direction for verifying the spillover effect of the new SRDI "Little Giant" identification policy in the supply chain and improving the supply chain spillover ability of disruptive technological innovation.
