We integrated human cortical organoids with kirigami electronics. We used single cell RNA sequencing to analyze how the integration affects corticogenesis. Overall design: Human cortical organoids at day 100 of in vitro differentiation with and without the integration of kirigami electronics were dissociated and analyzed using single cell RNA sequencing.
