16S sequencing of PBS and ABX treated mice before and after MNV infection

This data set includes the trimmed fastq files after 16S sequencing of DNA extracted from murine stool. Mice were treated with PBS, a broad-spectrum (neomycin, ampicillin, metronidazole, vancomycin) or anearobe targeting (metronidazole and clindamycin) for 1 week prior to infection with murine norovirus or mock inoculum. Fecal samples were collected prior to viral infection and at 24 hrs post infection.
