Dynamics of soil fungal ccommunities in the pea/cucumber crop rotation facility soil

The extracted soil DNA were used to analyze the compositions, diversity of soil fungal community through the high-throughput amplicon sequencing technology. The sequencing results were used to explore the dynamics of soil fungal community, and perform the alpha diversity, beta diversity and abundance difference of fungi in the pea/cucumber crop rotation and cucumber continuous cropping facility soil.
