The Disease-centric Mendelian Randomization Database (DMRdb) is a database that offers insights into potential causal associations among diseases, genes, proteins, metabolites and CpG sites through the application of Mendelian randomization methods. Currently, the database mainly consists of three main components: 1) 6,640 disease-associated GWAS datasets that have been curated and structured manually; 2) Over 497 million outcomes derived from Mendelian randomization methods involving genes, proteins, metabolites, CpG sites and diseases; 3) Key findings extracted from 1223 pieces of literature that have been manually gathered and linked with diseases Mendelian randomization
