DMRdb

The Disease-centric Mendelian Randomization Database (DMRdb) is a database that offers insights into potential causal associations among diseases, genes, proteins, metabolites and CpG sites through the application of Mendelian randomization methods. Currently, the database mainly consists of three main components: 1) 6,640 disease-associated GWAS datasets that have been curated and structured manually; 2) Over 497 million outcomes derived from Mendelian randomization methods involving genes, proteins, metabolites, CpG sites and diseases; 3) Key findings extracted from 1223 pieces of literature that have been manually gathered and linked with diseases Mendelian randomization以疾病为中心的孟德尔随机化数据库（Disease-centric Mendelian Randomization Database, DMRdb）是一款通过应用孟德尔随机化（Mendelian randomization）方法，解析疾病、基因、蛋白质、代谢物与CpG位点（CpG sites）之间潜在因果关联的专业数据库。目前，该数据库主要包含三大核心组成部分：1）经人工整理与结构化处理的6640个疾病关联全基因组关联研究（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）数据集；2）逾4.97亿条源自孟德尔随机化方法的分析结果，涵盖基因、蛋白质、代谢物、CpG位点与疾病四类研究对象；3）从1223篇手动搜集的文献中提取关键研究发现，并将这些发现与疾病相关孟德尔随机化研究进行关联。
