Mattatall and Angevine Lake Sediment Data

Sediment was obtained at Mattatall Lake and Angevine Lake in northern Nova Scotia. Data was collected for the purpose of exploring the causes of harmful algae blooms in Mattatall Lake. Sediment data were obtained from sediment cores taken at the deep zone of both lakes and sectioned at 0.5 cm intervals. Analyses of sediment included X-ray fluorescence, chlorophyll-a and Pb-210.
