Different mutants impact on the transcriptome response to nutrients depletion

Mutating genes either from the U1 snRNP or U2 snRNP modified the expression of a common set of genes in the stationary phase of growth. RNA extracted from wild type cells (WT) of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and tor1 delta, nam8 delta, mud1 delta and hsh49::Q24P mutants was sequenced and their expression pattern compared in different phases of growth.
