资源简介:
The dataset was collected in 4 areas of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, from February 22 to 28, 2022. Each monitoring station is located in areas with different characteristics concerning the possible emission sources of particulate matter pollutants of the PM1 fraction size. The locations are at the residential, commercial, industrial, avenues, and boulevard levels with high vehicle traffic and heavy cargo transportation and close to the international airport. PM1 concentration values were measured using a PMS7003 low-cost sensor, with one sample per minute. Particulate matter or suspended particles (PM) are among the main air pollutants, which can be classified according to their aerodynamic diameter into PM10 < 10 μm, PM2.5 < 2.5 μm (fine), and PM1 < 0.1 μm (ultrafine). Fine particles can easily penetrate the respiratory tract to the alveoli, and ultrafine particles (<0.1 μm) can reach the blood by crossing the endothelial barrier.
