Effect of Seed Sludge Source on High Temperature Dry Anaerobic Digestion of Microcrystalline Cellulose

The feasibility of using several inoculum alone or mixed as seed sludge in high-temperature dry digestion reactor was explored, the gas production performance and kinetics of different kinds of seed sludge reactors were studied, and the differences in microbial communities were explored. The purpose of this study is to screen out the optimal seed sludge for dry digestion of agricultural waste and provide guidance for practical engineering applications.
