RIP3 plays an indispensable role in tumor regulation of programmed necrosis and inflammation, influencing colon carcinogenesis and proliferation. However, the molecular mechanism by which the RIP3 gene specifically affects and regulates the oncogenesis and development of colon cancer remains unclear. In this study, we performed whole transcriptome profiling based on RNA-Seq technology using Colon Cancer Cell Line HT29 after RIP3 knocking out or defecting RIP3 kinase activity to identify genes that are differentially expressed and analysis the expression profiles.
