Effect of light intensity on Fucoxanthin accumulation in Phaeodactylum tricornutum

We report the effect of two distinct light intensities on Fucoxanthin accumulation in Phaeodactylum tricornutum. By observing illumination effect, we decided to analyze RNA-seq to investigate gene regulation toward fucoxanthin biosynthesis.
