The data is the data of A-share listed companies from 2014 to 2024, including financial information and governance information. At the same time, the data set is processed as follows: (1) excluding financial enterprises; (2) Enterprises excluding ST or * ST; (3) Excluding companies listed in 2014 and beyond; (4) Excluding companies with serious data deficiencies; (5) 1% tail reduction for all continuous variables; (6) Enterprises in non upstream and downstream industries among the suppliers or customers of the main chain enterprises are excluded.
