Expression data of isp-1(qm150);ctb-1(qm189) mutant, exposed to klf-1 RNAi during development or adulthood

We showed that KLF-1 is needed for longevity of isp-1(qm150);ctb-1(qm189) mutant specifically in adulthood. We aimed to determine the expression changes that occur specifically upon adulthood klf-1 RNAi compared to developmental RNAi that did not affect the lifespan of isp-1(qm150);ctb-1(qm189) mutant. isp-1(qm150);ctb-1(qm189) mutant was exposed to klf-1 RNAi either until L4 larval stage, after which it was switched to control L4440 plates, or swicthed at L4 larval stage to klf-1 RNAi plates from control L4440 plates. Worms were then grown until fifth day of adulthood and collected for RNA isolation. In parallel, isp-1(qm150);ctb-1(qm189) mutant and wild type N2 worms were grown on control L4440 plates their whole life and collected at the fifth day of adulthood. Three biological repeats were obtained for each sample.
